The full privacy policy is being finalised and will be published here before Pocket XV leaves early access. Until then, these are the key points we work to.
The key points
The coaches are AI. Your messages are sent to an AI model to write each answer. They are not read by a person, except if you report a problem and ask us to look.
Your data is stored in the EU. Your account, chats, plans and progress are kept in a database hosted in the European Union.
We only ask what we need to coach you. Your email, who you are, your age band, your position, your goal and your training week. No full names, schools or photos.
Delete any time. In the app, go to Me, then Delete my data. It removes your account and everything linked to it.
We never sell your data. Not to clubs, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
Payments are handled by Paddle. We never see your card details.
Under 16s. A parent or guardian is asked to say yes before the coaches can help.
Health topics. Before a coach talks about an injury, we ask for your yes, and the coaches never diagnose.
